This floor features 1,500 square feet of prefinished engineered flooring. Species are Santos Mahogany Exclusive Semi Gloss 2-9/16" x 3/8", installed on a 45-degree angle, in a nail-down application. The room also features prefinished Maple Select Semi Gloss 2-9/16" x 3/8" under the dining room table. It was installed to create a herringbone pattern to match the design on the dining room table. The installation took approximately two weeks. The rest of the house also is complimented with Maple select borders.
