NWFA University Launches Updated Sales 101: Wood Flooring Types Learning Path
ST. CHARLES, Missouri (July 10, 2024) – The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) is pleased to announce the launch of an updated series of sales-focused courses on its online learning platform, NWFA University (NWFAU). This updated learning path includes 10 renovated courses that provide foundational information about the wood flooring industry and its range of available products.
These courses are designed to help industry professionals effectively sell real wood flooring in an increasingly competitive marketplace. The courses available in this series are:

Tailored for the on-the-go sales professional, the updated courses feature brief 3 to 5-minute videos that can be viewed anywhere and anytime, making learning convenient and accessible. The new course interface is responsive to various devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring the best learning experience possible. With these enhancements, industry training is always within reach, offering industry expertise in the palm of your hand.

NWFAU consists of more than 350 e-learning courses, each with an online testing component. Completing a series of courses leads to earning digital badges, which NWFA members can display on websites and social media platforms to verify their skills.
